Common questions

Can you build a custom piece from my design or photo?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo for inspiration, or just a description and the dimensions, and we’ll work out the details with you.
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the size, wood, and finish — our pieces generally range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. Tell us what you have in mind and your budget, and we’ll suggest options and send a quote. A 10% non-refundable deposit ($100 minimum) reserves your place in our production schedule, and the balance is due before delivery or pickup.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom pieces take an estimated 10–16+ weeks to build. Holidays, order complexity, design revisions, and material availability can stretch that, so we’ll give you a current estimate along with your quote.
What wood do you use?
Authentic reclaimed barnwood and other reclaimed and solid woods. We can match a look you’ve seen or recommend something that suits your space.
Where are you located and can you deliver?
We’re a family business in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Local pickup is welcome, and we ship through third-party carriers — tell us where you are and we’ll go over the delivery options and costs for your area.
